I know fall is around the corner, but we are going to have temperatures in the 90's for the next few days! I want to hold on to summer for as long as I can! I do love all the fall yard decorations. Pumpkins! Mums! Scarecrows!

Wow... zoom zoom there it went! Now it's time to cool down:)
I always enjoy reading trivia like that. Can't wait for cooler weather to truly be here.
Now I know why it has been a long month. LOL I am so looking forward to fall, hoping for cooler temps. as we are under the gun this week. It might even reach 100's again.
Thanks for sharing.
Hugs,
Sue
It has been a long hot month but when I was a kid and had to go back to school in Sept it went to fast.

To me it seems like the time and months are just FLYING by!!! I am sooooo ready for Fall though. Can't wait, and those mornings we had last week of the crisp, cool air were heaven!!!!!♥
Well, I'm glad that I was here to celebrate 2010's August, cause there's a pretty good chance that I won't be around to celebrate in 823 years :)
We certainly are on the way to fall! The temp. this morning was 42.4 ...crisp!
Have a great day :)
Thank goodness. This summer has been quite a brutal one. I could use a little chill.
I know it's not officially fall, but in my mind September is the start of the fall season. I am thinking about changing out the red and white "chicken" valence in my kitchen to a fall-colored one already. Yesterday I bought my first potted mum. I love this time of year!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is way cool! I love trivia! I have to add another 5 to it. We have lived in Oregon 5 years this August:)
