St. Patrick's Day Dinner

We enjoyed a family dinner on Sunday.
The menu . . .
Pot Roast
Mashed Potatoes
Cooked Carrots
Romaine Salad
Croissant Rolls
Cherry Pie
Shamrock Chips, Baby Carrots & Spinach Dip
Shamrock Sugar Cookies
I haven't made decorated sugar cookies in a long time.
The icing was a simple powdered sugar & water.
I just spooned it on the cookie, then used a straw to pull it onto the edges.
Emma sat in the chair to inspect the cookies before dinner was ready.
It was hard waiting to taste a cookie.
She didn't want anything to do with the shamrock chips.
Ethan is saying 'cheese' with his mouth stuffed with a big bite of cookie.

Thanks for visiting!
Hope you had a great day yesterday.

Everything sounds so delicious. A pot roast would be my idea of a great way to go (especially Ree's post roast) and the special shamrock chips and cookies look yummy!
