I have a new toy!
Meet the Ninja Pulse.
The recipe book is full of great recipes for shakes, soups, breads, bakery goods and much more.
Wednesday I made my first shake using the Ninja.
It was my own concoction.
1/2 cup 2% milk
Brown Cow Blueberry Greek Yogurt
handful of sliced frozen strawberries
2 Splenda packets
topped off with a small squirt of whipped cream
Yummy.
Satisfied my sweet tooth.
Perfect for my afternoon snack.
I found an interesting smoothie recipe on Pinterest that I want to try.
The author of the blog post claims this smoothie does not taste at all healthy.
I guess this means it tastes good.
I'm willing to try it & find out if she is right.
I'll let you know.

Yours looks yummy! Now that Pinterest smoothy...it looks like one my son made the other day and it tasted like grass!
The pink smoothie looks good. I'm not so sure about the green one. Maybe Popeye would approve. ; )
I Love smoothies, and both of those look so yummy! Thanks for the recipes. :)
What a great new gadget :)
You'll have to let us know how the green smoothie turns out.
Have a great weekend!
Woo Hoo! I'll be right over! :)
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
Carol, my 30-year-old niece has long loved the GREEN MONSTER! It sounds awful but she swears it is delish! Go for it. I never heard of that brand of blender. I love making smoothies, especially in the hot weather. Enjoy your new toy:)
