Coconut Cake

I made a coconut cake for Hubby's birthday dinner.
It was easy peasy.
I just added about 1 1/2 cups of coconut to the cake mix batter.
Butter cream icing was easy, too.
1 can vanilla icing, 1/2 cup butter, 4 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla.
After the cake was frosted I covered it with more coconut.
Hubby blowing out the candles.
I don't think anyone liked it.
Hee Hee!!

Those candles could cause a 3 alarm fire. ; ) I bet the cake leftovers will vanish before the weekend is gone.
