I Cabbaged On To These

After leaving the Cockrell Mercantile Co. on Monday, we continued shopping for treasures in Greenwood, MO.
Our first stop was the
Greenwood Antiques Mall
This mall is full of beautiful treasures.
It's clean & well organized.
A treasure hunter's dream.
I forgot to take a picture of the front of the mall.
This is a picture I found on the internet of one of the booths.

When we walked in the door one of the first things I
saw was what I ended up buying after looking through
many wonderful booths of eye candy.
I have always wanted to own some green
cabbage leaf pottery from Portugal.
I found a bargain.
12 pieces of Bordallo Pinheiro Pottery
for $45.00!
After checking prices on the internet
I estimate these pieces would cost over $250.00
 if purchased on line.
8 - 9 inch luncheon/salad plate
$19.00 each
2 crescent salad plate
$15.99 each
14 inch oval serving platter
$64.00
1 - 7 inch dessert plate
$13.99

I can't wait to use them!

Our next stop was . . .
atgb starlightstella As Time Goes By...
As Time Goes By.

Lots of awesome treasures.
I didn't buy a thing, but Susan bought a great white McCoy plant pot for $25.00.
It looks great with the 2 McCoy turquoise pots that belonged to Grandma Ruby.

We ended our shopping trip & meet the guys in Lees Summit for a yummy Mexican dinner at Jose Peppers.

Beautiful day of memories!

Love your blog title to go along with the great find on your dishes. Glad you found the Greenwood stores. I have a booth up the street in As Time Goes By. But I visit the Mall often too and love all the treasures there and the nice people. I popped over from Treasure Hunt Thursday. Stella

What another fun day. Love the plates you bought. BTW, I have lots of McCoy pottery. I used to collect it but have sold many pieces. Still have more than I want.

I love the cabbage dishes! I have always wanted some, but I'm too cheap. I will keep looking and maybe I'll get lucky too!
