Flowers & Feathered Friends

The flowers in the front yard are still blooming
and looking pretty despite the extreme heat.
lantana
verbena
miniature zinnias

Pots by the front door . . .
geraniums
red
pink

flowering bushes
red crape myrtle
pink crape myrtle

Last weekend we saw some feathered friends enjoying a snack
of bird seed in our front yard.
The duck trio was back again this morning.
I was able to quietly open the front door &
snap a few pictures before they noticed me.
The little duck stayed behind to do a little more grazing.

Happy Friday to you all!

Your flowers were a good pick for this summer's heat. Love all the color. The ducks are a 'quack' up. ; )

Your flowers are lovely. Summer is a flash in the pan...gorgeous and gone! Well, almost that fast? =)
