While Ye May . . .
We had severe thunderstorms Monday
evening & throughout the night.
Several of our sunflowers were uprooted or broken off. We propped them up Tuesday evening. I cut a few from the broken plants. They look pretty in this old enamelware pitcher.

I am glad you were able to save the Sunflowers. They are so pretty!
They do look great in that pitcher. Sorry about the damage from the storms. It has been quite a year!

They look beautiful in the pitcher. Hasn't our Oklahoma weather been wild this summer. I can't believe we actually have GREEN, pretty grass instead of dead grass in August!!!!!
They are beautiful. Sorry for the damage but don't you love the rain we are getting lately?
Sunflowers just make me happy.

Carol, Sorry about the Sunflowers, it is so easy for wind and rain to knock them down. Hope they will make it.

Beautiful Carol! I love sunflowers especially right now, they are so full of color and brightness! As a little girl, I had a sunflower garden! Glad you saved them!
I just love sunflowers and I'm so sorry that the storm damaged some of your flowers but how lovely they look in the pitcher. Now you can enjoy some inside as well!
Have a wonderful week,
