I've taken these books off the shelf so I can look for some decorating ideas. I'm going to put away my patriotic decorations this week which means I need to do a little rearranging & fluffing.
What's your decorating style? I've thought a lot about what my style is. I think it's a combination of traditional & cozy. What style would you say that is?
Anyway, I'm ready for my first cup of coffee & the first book. I think I'll start with 'cottage style'.

You're house is always comfy, cozy and inviting!
I'm doing the same thing today!!! good luck!
Nothing like a good ready on a rainy day! I'm not sure what my decorating style is. At our log home - I've mixed a few styles - maybe ski lodge mixed w/ traditional.
Your house is so lovely. You always have the best decorations at every holiday and change of season.
I guess mine is considered cozy.....nothing fancy at all, but people always say they feel so at home here.
I woke up in the middle of the night and saw lightning and heard just a little bit of rain. I don't think we got much. We'll take any amount.
B&B Chic! I have always thought your house is very warm and inviting.
Love,
April
Carol, this sounds like my kind of day! Hope you enjoyed enough for both of us, since I had to go to the office today! laurie
That is a good way to describe your style. I think we all have come full circle with the hoop pictures of the 80's and 90's
Ha Have a great weekend
I am really struggling with my decorating style! I love so many things. It has been on my mind lately as we consider working on the kitchen.
Hi Carol! Have you seen the yearly publications of Cottage Style and French Country Style? They are so nice. I'm hoping they come out again this year. With the magazine industry suffering the way it is, they may not.
