Things my mother taught me . . .
~ sewing ~
she lovingly made all our clothes
~ cleaning ~
on Saturday morning we would clean the entire house
~ cooking ~
dinner was always served at 6:00 each evening
~ singing ~
her voice was beautiful, she would sing around the house
and sang solos at church
~ play the piano ~
she was my first piano teacher
~ put others first ~
she always showed her love and concern
for others before herself
~ love the Lord ~
we were taken to church every
Sunday & Wednesday
where we learned scriptures and songs
I miss you, Mother . . .
especially on Mother's Day.

Such a beautiful tribute to your Mom. She sounds like quite a woman, and how lucky you are to have had her in your life.
