Quilt Cozy Dining

The dining room is ready for a cozy lunch or dinner.
I shopped my house to find items to dress up the room.
I went with a country/cottage feel.
Grandma Minnie's quilt on the table . . .
red berries & twigs from the attic

red candle holders from a garage sale
Great Grandma Berger's quilt on this $10 chair
& a basket

side tables

Hope your Friday is a great start for a wonderful weekend!

Your dining room is so charming and I LOVE the quilts! It's fun to rearrange things after the Christmas decorations come down.

Carol,
How darling!
Love how your table turned out, and all the other country décor.

I still adore country décor, and always will :)

Looking good, Carol, I use quilts on my dining tables too, just love them. You have been a busy bee this week, I finally got started today.
Thanks for sharing, enjoy your weekend.
Hugs,
Sue

Your house is very pretty. My mom lived many years in Tulsa and after she married my dad they moved to Canada and that's where I've spent most of my life. But I love Tulsa, so many great memories.

Love the use of the quilts. I just makes me feel warm inside to see family treasures being used. You have given me an idea to try with some quilt tops I have stockpiled. Thanks for sharing. Dianne

I really like your use of the beautiful quilts, Carol. I don't think there is anything more charming than something representing some family history. I like your pops of red, too. I also like having red in my winter decor.
