Baking Inspiration

Even though I shouldn't eat sweets (I'm a diabetic), I feel inspired to bake something this weekend.
Here's my chippy cabinet full of things to help me bake something.
Maybe I'll bake an apple pie . . .
or some bread in these heart shaped pottery pieces . . .
mini bundt cakes sound good, too!
Aunt Bee has lots of yummy recipes.
I'm leaning towards an apple pie, maybe apple dumplings.
Come back Monday to see what I baked.

That's a cute little baking pantry of its own. Everything you need at your fingertips. I am not baking for months. It could be years. So I'll enjoy whatever it is you bake this weekend. Of course, I'll be back!

Enjoy your baking.

Darling cabinet.

I didn't realize that you are diabetic.
You always bake so many good things.
You must be very good at self-control :)

Will be back to see what you end up making.

Carol, this is adorable! Thanks for linking up at Monday Makeover. Such great baking inspiration. On a side note, I'm a clinical pharmacist turned SAHM/part-time consultant, and I used to run a diabetes clinic for educating patients. Loved my patients! Hope you have a good pharmacist in your life :)
