Piano lessons, a mother with a beautiful voice, church music, the radio, choir in jr. high, high school & college, performing in musicals & opera, singing solos in church, teaching music.
Music is so important to me.

Carol, Like your new header. I agree with you. Music just speaks to my soul. I am a pastor's daughter so always grew up singing in church, playing piano and violin. It is just who I am. I am Thankful for the gift of MUSIC too!
Amen! Music was always around me growing up...grandmother who played the piano brilliantly and who had a beautiful voice...grandfather who played the violin...lots of warm memories. These quotes are perfection.
I couldn't agree more. Most of my eight sibs and I took instruments from violin to trumpet. It gave me a love for classical music. However I still love country/bluegrass and pop---mostly oldies!
