Day 16 of Thanksgiving . . .
I'm thankful for my home.
It is a comfortable haven in all seasons.

We add a little warmth to our master bedroom to take the chill out of the room on cold winter days & nights.
We ordered this electric stove heater from QVC.
I love the faux flame that we can have on even when we're not using the heat settings.

HI Carol! Your home is so beautiful and I like your little heater too. We actually turned on our heat for the first time last night.
be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
You will feel like you are at a mountain resort with your fireplace in the bedroom, enjoy!
Oh that was great. I've got it bookmarked and who knows? Christmas is coming!
A little warmth and ambiance is a lovely thing. Your home looks perfectly charming in all seasons.
Great post.
I've seen those stoves on QVC, and thought about buying one for the old granary, just to take the chill off.
Thanks for the reminder, and link.
Have a great weekend, my friend.
K.
Our homes are most definitely something to be thankful for. I feel more and more aware of that all the time! Yours is truly a beautiful one and looks cozy with that new stove!
Blessings,
Leslie
Hi Carol, that is the prettiest heater I've ever seen.
If you are ever in your Stillwater with your grands, we now have the nicest hands-on childrens museum. It is big with lots of things to do and seems to get better every time we go. It is called the Wondertorium and is just north of the high school.
Hi Carol, a beautiful home for all seasons, and so refreshing to read of how thankful you are for it. Enjoy your weekend.
Blessings,
Sue
I loved all the shots of your house in the different seasons. So pretty!
My hubby just ordered this heater for my birthday, we got it about a week ago.
Hi Carol. Your home is beautiful! We have a real fireplace in our bedroom which we seldom use because real fires are pretty messy and I don't like the smoke and ash in the bedroom. I think your ida is much better! Happy Thanksgiving. Linda
