I gave my dining room a little makeover Sunday afternoon.
I used my sculptured daisy pottery by Poppy Trail.
Most of these pieces are 36 years old.
I have added a few pieces to the collection that I
have found at flea markets & antique malls.
I put a silk daisy on each place setting.
I twisted the stems on this wooden spoon handle.
Extra pieces on the side table.
Can you see the sweet salt & pepper shakers in the bowl?
Here's a closeup.
Did any of my Okie friends get rain yesterday?
We missed it again!
These pop up rain showers are crazy weird!
Hope your Monday is a good start to a wonderful week!

Everything is so pretty. It brings a cool fresh feeling. Such a cheery mood it invites. Cheers to your daisies, enjoy!
Absolutely adore your daisy china and putting a daisy in each place setting makes it all look so prety!
Lovely! Your table is so pretty, fresh and inviting with the pretty daisys, which makes it perfect!

Your dishes are pretty! Love the center piece.
I love your table! It is beautiful.
Morning Carol,
What a charming, fresh and cute table. I have always loved those dishes and remember when they came out. Daisies are just such a happy flower (from you've got mail movie)
but I agree with Meg Ryan.
Nice touch of adding the daisies on top of the plates.
This is my first visit and enjoyed myself very much.
Blessings, Nellie
Morning Carol. Love the daisies. I may have to make a quick trip to Walmart to get some fresh. Love the dishes too. I went to an antique/flea market on Sunday in Alma, AR and they had tons of dishes. The whole place was full of every kind of dish you can imagine. Blessings, Melody
Leave it to Carol to brighten our day. Daisies habe always been my favorite. Have a great day!
Oh, I love the daisy motif! Daisies just make you have a happy feeling!

I adore daisies, these dishes are so lovely. Great table, perfect for summer. We have had some much needed rain this week, with lots of lightening and thunder. It did cool things off a bit, but more heat next week. Visiting from SS at The Tablescaper. xo
I love your daisy pottery. So unique. What a pretty table you put together. Deb (Carleton Place, Ontario)

I have a cousin that has the same dishes, and have always love them. They would be my next collection if I had room.
Stay cool!

Such pretty dishes. Great tablescape!
I came very close to selecting this same daisy pattern 41 years ago as wedding dishes. Instead I chose its cousin the zinnia pattern. I love how you angled the placemats and the accessories you used.
Carol,
I love your daisy tablescape!!! Especially adore the stacking of plate variety on your two~tier plate rack! Thanks for the tip about twisting the stem around a spoon!!! Great idea and creativity! I'm visiting from Marty's Table Top Tuesday!
