Summer Chalkboards

It's cloudy, rainy and 79 degrees here in my neck of the woods in NE Oklahoma. 

Unreal weather for July, LOVE it!!!

I decided to do a little summer chalkboard art on my 2 boards this morning.  

Pinterest provided the inspiration.

Another Fun Fourth

We always enjoy our 4th of July family celebration.

I bought Emma's outfit at Sam's several years ago for less than  $4.00.  She got to wear it 3 years.  Time for me to shop for another patriotic outfit for both kiddos.  

They had a good time wearing these glow light creations.

I found them at Hobby Lobby for 60% off.  Great bargain for a box of 50 pieces.  

I'm putting away the decorations today.  

Hubby brought the yard flags in early this morning.  Thanks for jump starting the process, Bob.

Ready To Celebrate

Happy 4th of July!

We're ready to celebrate!

Our subdivision parade is this morning.

Our grand kids always enjoy being in the parade.

We'll grill hamburgers for our celebration meal with homemade ice cream for dessert.

This is always a special day. 

I love making memories with my family.

We'll set up our little pool for the kiddos to enjoy.

Looking forward to watching fireworks tonight.
