Last night we hosted a baked potato dinner. . .
The guests. . .
Shelley is visiting from New Orleans. They're going to celebrate Thanksgiving with Branson's brother & his family, so we wanted to get together before Shelley leaves town.
Wash potatoes, pierce with a knife, wrap in foil, bake on low for 8 to 10 hours.
The potato topping choices. . .
butter
chili
onions
jalapenos
salsa
Mexican cheese
tomatoes
cheese rotel
sour cream
onion dip
Dessert. . .
butter~ crunch pumpkin cake
Oh my goodness, I feel like a stuffed pig, or maybe I should say a stuffed turkey!
I know you all are probably very busy making preparations for Turkey Day. Take it easy, don't work too hard, make sure you pace yourself. Happy Thanksgiving Eve!

Baked potato dinners are great. We do the same thing sometimes. Everybody likes it.

We were just talking about doing this for one of our Sunday Evening Church get togethers.

Your table looked so pretty, and I'm sure your guests enjoyed this get together. The youth at our church do a baked potato dinner to raise money. There are always so many toppings, I feel like I need 2potatoes! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. laurie
