Banana Plantation

We are having fun watching our one plant banana plantation grow.
Here it is on July 6th.
July 20th

We are also enjoying homegrown tomatoes from our 2 container plants.
Emma helping Papaw.
Ethan picked a few.

The temperatures were fantastic last week.  Highs in the 60's & 70's, lows in the 50's.
What a treat that was.  The heat is back this week, but so far there is no mention of temps of 100.

Thank you for visiting!

Picking tomatoes.... aw.... I could have too, if only the deer hadn't picked them before me :)

What a lovely time of cool, fresh air in the middle of July in Oklahoma! Unheard of. Looks as if you'll be harvesting a lot of goodies. There must be a lot of pressure to perform on that one banana tree. =)

How fun Carol! Oh, if you are missing your 100 degree temps, we've got them here! Only difference is, humidity is below 15% :-)

I want some of those gorgeous tomato plants. I stopped planting them, because the squirrels always got them before I did. I love picking a fresh tomato to slice and eat. Your grands are so cute. laurie
