Transitioning To Fall Decor Part 2

The dining room got a little makeover yesterday.
It kind of has a Tuscan feel, starting with this platter.
The other side table.
rooster lamp on a stack of vintage school books
sunflower plates & a little pitcher
sunflowers on the dining table
Next week I'll be changing the mantel & the front door wreath.

Everything looks so nice. The roster lamp perched on the stack of school books is my favorite. Fall is right around the corner.

Hi Carol! Oh, I love this little table! The fall vignette you've made is darling! I love your platter and the tiny little Rooster lamp on the books! I need to do that! Thank you for popping in to see my little doll family.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia :)

So pretty, Carol. I love the stack of books with the rooster lamp on top, and that platter is beautiful. Cute sunflower plates too. laurie

Easing into it seems the right pace...especially if it doesn't "feel" like fall quite yet. Now how did you ever get such a stack of vintage schoolbooks? ; >
