I don't know what came over me the other day. Suddenly, I got the urge to organize the pantry.
It went well & didn't take too long. I ended up with some empty cracker boxes & a cereal box. An idea I had pinned on Pinterest popped. into my head.

I got busy cutting down the boxes to fit in the big, middle drawer of my kitchen desk.
The drawer is shallow, only 1 1/2 inches deep.
I've never been able to find baskets or bins at the store to fit this drawer.
These 'homemade' boxes work well.
This morning I cut down this toothpaste box.
It's perfect for paper clips.
I may cover my boxes with wrapping paper, but for now I'm okay with the way they look. I'll let you know if I have another spontaneous moment of creativity.
By the way, I organized all the desk drawers.
I found this bag of old pictures that I need to scan.
Yes, that's me playing with the pots & pans.

oh I saw that you had pinned that idea...I think you will be happily wrapping or contacting one day soon. This sooooo looks like something a teacher would do! Love that little picture of you playing with the pots and pans...we never get too far removed from them! I have a similar photo of my son and he loves baking and cooking. Maybe you'll find a frame and a place to display this cute picture...even in the kitchen!
