Carol, I'm So glad you shared this. I am laughing! I recently went in a public restroom that had detailed instructions for employee hand washing. The final instruction was to use a paper towel on your hand to open the door. Of course, the restroom only had blow hand dryers (no paper towels anywhere!) laurie
