Dusting Is Dangerous

Let me explain . . .

yesterday I was dusting the piano before I made this vignette.

I must have been too aggressive with my dusting moves.

Before I knew what happened I had knocked this picture off its shelf.

I'm hoping I can carefully remove the broken glass without taking the picture completely apart.

Anyway, the piano is dust free!

Deck & Door 'Fall Bling'

I put a little 'fall bling' on the deck yesterday.

I used the left over burlap from my table runner project to make a new bow.

Time to buy more burlap for a few more projects.

New Inspiration

I've added a new cookbook to my collection.

This Taste of Home cookbook arrived last week from QVC.

It is a BIG book, 889 pages for a total of 1,485 recipes!

It also came with a year subscription to Taste of Home, the world's #1 food & entertaining magazine.

Look what came in the mail yesterday.

It's never too early to gather ideas for the Christmas season.

In the mean time the countdown to autumn continues, 3 days!

Autumn Mantel

Oh, what a beautiful morning!
