Perfect 1st Snow . . .

Last night a fast moving snow system moved through our area.
I'd call it a perfect 1st snow.

No, it wasn't enough to build a snowman . . .

it dusted the deck . . .

sidewalks & streets are clear . . .

this morning the sun is shining . . .

Yes, it's the perfect 1st snow of 2012!
Now I'm ready for my 2nd cup of coffee.

  1. I love the freshly fallen snow. It is always so pretty before the kids, and the dogs get it looking all yucky!.

Thank you for stopping by and linking up with the Get Wired Blog Hop. I am following you.

    Have a beautiful day!

  2. I enjoy this kind of snow than an all nighter. I have to be able to get out on the roads. I don't like being homebound. Enjoy your coffee.

  4. The concrete reading gnome statue looks right at home on the snow dusted deck. I imagine the book he is reading is titled "Recipes for Snow Ice Cream", or maybe he is reading the latest issue of "Better Gnomes and Gardens". ; )
