Bye Bye . . .

I visited the Dr. yesterday and got some good news.

I no longer have to take insulin, just oral medication twice a day.
The Dr. thinks in time I won't even have to take pills.

Woo-hoo!

It's been a rough road since October 6th.
I'm so thankful for improved health!

  2. That is wonderful news. My Dad used to have to give himself three injections a day. I'll never forget the intrusion of diabetes. So happy that you are on the road to recovery.

  4. Praise God! No one wants this disease. In my case, no one would want to have gone through what I went through. You have to keep telling yourself to be thankful for what is good about your life. I have a precious little grand nephew with type 1 diabetes. He was diagnosed at age 7 and is now ten. It's rough. Aren't you glad we have the Lord to help us get through life!!!

  6. How did you do it? I want to get rid of insulin too. One of the oral drugs I take I have to get out of Canada cause it is so expensive in the US.
