  1. Lovely Thanksgiving note cards Carol.
That special Pioneer set fascinates me - is it an old one passed down through your family?
Lovely to catch up with you at Vees!

  4. Those are beautiful! I love the little Amish family. We had Amish dinner guests last month. It was a fun evening! After they left, I wondered if they'd seen my little Amish man and lady figures. oops. :-)

  5. Such lovely Thanksgiving note cards! I am especially fond of the Scherenschnitte turkey picture in your last photo. I love colonial arts and crafts. And I have a friend who is a Scherenschnitte artist.

    Happy Thanksgiving to you!

  7. I was just returning now that I finally found the word I was trying to snag onto...Scherenschnitte...and Cheryl is already here with it! Did you do that? It's something that I would like to try beyond, you know, making paper snowflakes.

  10. Hi Carol! Thanks for visiting at The Writer's Reverie. I'm all the leaves on the trees and you're all turkeys! Love your Thanksgiving decor - the festive home is such a blessing. BTW - the home sweet home image was my childhood home growing up - notice the 1960's era Plymouths in the yard. Ah - nostalgia . . .
    Joy!

  12. What a perfect theme for your November notecards! I love them all.
The turkey that your Grandma painted in your previous post, I believe is just like the one my Great Aunt Kitty painted in my post on the Pumpkin Coffee Cake. xo
