Wash, Dry, Fold, Repeat

This is where I wash, dry, fold, repeat!
The laundry room.
It's still decorated in country style.
I'm thankful for my laundry room.
My Mother didn't have a dryer until my first year of college.
Oh, the memories of hanging out laundry on the clothes line to dry.
Summer, spring & fall it wasn't too bad, but winter was brutal.
I keep a rug on the dryer so the top won't get scratched when "people" put junk on top like flashlights, screw drivers, etc.  I'm sure you get the picture.  HA HA!
This lamp is on 24/7.
This butter churn belonged to Bob's Mother.
Some of my cross stitch work from long ago.
Country to the core!

I think it may be time to update the laundry room!

Share your thoughts please.

  1. If it ain't broke don't fix it. But if you are ready for a fresh update the sky is the limit. Pick your color and I can paint it next time I'm visiting.

  4. I'm stopping by for a blog visit from Kelly's Korner.
You have a wonderful laundry room.
During our Las Vegas summer I hang our shirts, swimsuits and husband's uniforms outside on the patio. I have a collapsible hanger out there.
When the temps are 100+ they will be dry within 15 minutes. Plus it saves a bit on the electric.
